How to Publish Blog Posts to Facebook Account

Live hack. There are a lot of web sites and plug-ins that auto submit blog posts to your Twitter account. But what about Facebook?
In Facebook, the one and only application that seems to do it right is Social RSS (formerly RSS-Connect). In the settings, add your blog name and RSS feed, set your "Display Options" and in Newsfeed just grant access and set the feed to "Yes".
If you wish to do it through your Wordpress blog, test theWordbook plugin.
Wordbook plug-in allows you to cross-post your blog posts to your Facebook Wall. So Facebook “Boxes” tab will display your latest blog posts.
